New Customers

All new customers must fill in our Account Application Form before we approve you as a That’s Crafty! supplier. Once your account has been approved, we will email you with confirmation that your account has been activated. This will then enable you to view our trade website in full and place online orders.

You must have a bricks and mortar shop or an online shop to become a That’s Crafty! Supplier.

We do supply to eBay and Amazon stores however you must be VAT registered and supply us with your valid VAT number to become a That’s Crafty! Supplier.



The quickest and easiest way to place an order with us is via our trade website but if you would like place your order over the phone, please contact us on 01708 344146.

All orders must be paid in full in advance. We accept credit and debit cards and BACS payments.

We require a minimum opening order of £150 (before shipping and UK sales tax), thereafter our minimum order is £50.



We offer free shipping in the UK on orders over £200 (before VAT).

All international orders will be charged shipping at cost and the shipping cost is based on the weight of your order.

Delivery times are given in good faith and approximate only. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect expenses caused due to late delivery. We make every effort to deliver all your items within the specified period set and we will always do everything within our power to keep to a delivery date but there may be circumstances beyond our control that cause delays. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting a delivery to you within that time.



We must be advised of any order errors or omissions within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Any faulty items will be replaced and dispatched to you free of charge.


Reservation of Title

Goods remain the property of That’s Crafty! until payment is received in full.


Pricing Errors

Whilst we try to ensure that all the prices on That’s Crafty! website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. You will then be given the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email.

If you decide to cancel your order after we have informed you of a pricing error and you have already paid for the goods, we will give you a full refund within 14 days of cancellation.

Privacy and Your Security

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases.

You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

That’s Crafty! agrees not to disclose any information or data files supplied with, stored on, or recovered from client’s equipment except to employees or agents That’s Crafty! subject to confidentiality agreements or as required by law.


If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to terminate our contract to supply you.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
